Western Slope “Mini Vacations”

5280 Angler has a variety public river access and over the last few years we have we expanded to the west slope on some amazing fisheries – the Eagle, Roaring Fork, and Frying Pan. The fishing on these gold medal rivers is top notch! If you haven’t fished the western slope, and are interested, guide Ron Pecore will be hosting two day, “mini vacations” in the area throughout the 2021 season. Ron has fished these waters for years and is working on special rates for lodging, and possibly incorporating some after river golf to round-out a fun two-day adventure.

Listed below are the proposed dates. Trips will be capped at 6 Anglers, with a minimum of only 1 angler needed. On trips with groups over 3 anglers or more a 2^nd guide will be assigned. All Anglers receive 10% off 2021 guide rates for both days of guided fishing – Gear, Guide, Flies, and Lunch included.

Proposed Dates – *Days are flexible depending on anglers’ schedules:

April 29-30, May 13-14, June 28-29, July 15-16, August 12-13, Sept. 9-10

Anglers are responsible for lodging (Glenwood Springs Area), other meals, gratuity, and any additional activities such as golf. Guide Ron Pecore is a Level 3 USTGF pro golf instructor, so this may be a great opportunity not only to explore west slope fishing, but also to improve your handicap!
